Each life is made up of mistakes and learning, waiting and growing,practicing patience and being persistent.~ Billy Graham.
Happy Tuesday guys. The first quarter of the year is almost done and how are your resolutions? It’s April and a lot has happened. I finished school, went home, moved and now I am in a new place and have to make new friends and I don’t know how I feel about that. I’m happy with the first quarter of the year and this reminds me to change the ‘about’ of this blog seeing that I’m no longer in school.
I want to create a structure and a routine for myself as I am an early riser. That ought to bring some normalcy in this somewhat chaotic period. I am still reading before bed as that’s still the best time but we are yet to get some routine or structure.
In other news, AfyaSmile Kenya has been nominated for BAKE awards under the category of public health, category 16. If you have been here long enough, you know that I feature in publication. You can vote for it here.
Voting ends on 30th April so there’s still time to click on the links and share some love. While there, you can also vote for;
- http://biznakenya.com for best business blog
- http://afoodiescollective.com for best food blog
- http://tech-ish.com for best technology blog
- http://newafropolitan.com/ for best new blog
I met these bloggers at WordCamp Nairobi last year and I’m so happy they’ve been nominated. It gives me the, “you can do it too” vibe. Suffice to say that I am back and now have a lot of time in my hands to blog so that’s great news actually.
How did you find balance, structure and routine after school? Let me know in the comments.
